Workshops Policy

Enrollment

For class schedules and updates on new workshops, please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for course information. Workshop descriptions or any additional class requirements can be found online (unless other wise noted), and it is recommended that you read through them fully prior to sign up.  Advanced registration is necessary to secure a spot. Instructors, class times, and class dates are subject to change. To register for a class,  payment is required full at the time of enrollment. We use Paypal to process online purchases.  To sign up after the registration deadline, please fill out our wish list form.

Material & Equipment Fees

Classes that make use of tools or supplies may likely require a material or equipment fee.  In some circumstances, attendees may also be required to purchase certain supplies on their own. This will be clearly indicated in the full online course description.

Missed & Late Workshops

We cannot offer complimentary makeup sessions outside of class time or in concurrent or future course sections. In order to remain as fair as possible to all attendees, we cannot allow late arrivals of more than 1 hour.

Cancellation & Transfers

Class enrollment is nontransferable. Once a class spot has been purchased, it is not refundable and course fees are not transferable. Exceptions may be made for medically excused emergencies (with documentation) or family bereavement, which will only apply for transferring a course. Other than this, there will be no exceptions. Please contact us promptly via email connect@gatherandgarner.com.

Workshop Issues

At the conclusion of every workshop, attendees will receive an emailed evaluation request. Your feedback to help us improve our course offerings. If you have any issue with a class you are currently enrolled in, please either raise your issue with the instructor at the end of the course meeting or email connect@gatherandgarner.com. It is our general experience that most issues can be satisfactorily addressed before the course concludes. Complaint resolution may involve contacting the instructor and other attendees. All emailed comments will remain confidential upon request.
