Keeping the Books

It’s known that there are many components to making a business function. While it’s always fun to focus on the most creative ventures of your business, getting to financial organizational tasks make many feel like they’ve hit a “deer in headlights.” With good bookkeeping practices your financial operations don’t have to be daunting task.

This hands-on mini workshop will teach you some simple bookkeeping terms and concepts. You will no longer feel the need to keep receipts in drawers or boxes, wonder what’s the performance  of your business, and feel less stressful during tax time preparation. We’ll be exploring bookkeeping software along with other tools and resources and create a list of the categories you will use to track your business activity for whatever level your small business is on.
